Collaboration.1.4: Share block with collaborator

Collaborate with users by sharing a block with them. You can grant one of 3 levels of access:

• Read: Grant read access if you want the collaborator to be able to just view the block, and be able to do nothing more.
• Write: Grant write access if you want the collaborator to be able to modify the block.
• Admin: Grant admin access if you want the collaborator to in turn be able to grant access to other users.
